Since 2004 we have been appraising residential homes, cottages and vacant land from Simcoe County to Muskoka and everywhere in between. We opened our Muskoka satellite office in Port Carling in 2020. Our appraisers are insured, and top-level certified by the appraisal institute of Canada, and are approved by top lenders like Home Trust, Equitable Bank, RMG/MCAP, and private lenders. Our professional team is equipped to handle all your appraisal needs quickly, affordably, and efficiently, without sacrificing quality.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

McFarlane Appraisals will need to inspect and take photos of both
INTERIOR and EXTERIOR of your home.

In respect to the progress of COVID vaccinations and continual updates from the public healthcare professionals, the client and Appraiser will discuss the options of entering the home. In some cases or during lockdowns, the client will be required to take the interior photos with the guidance of the Appraiser.

Our appraisers are fully vaccinated and practice all healthcare protocols of wearing personal protective equipment. We request homeowners to also take the same precautionary safety measures.

Homeowner/s or tenant/s) must confirm that:

• Are not exhibiting any symptoms of Covid-19 including but not limited to, headache/fever/sore throat/cough/shortness of breath

• Have not travelled outside of Canada in the past 2 weeks

• Have not been in close contact with anyone diagnosed with Covid-19 in the past 2 weeks
